The Sweet Shop (“we,” “us”) operates thesweetshopco.com and two retail locations in Lakewood and Aurora, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or shop with us online, and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and details of what you purchased. When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via cookies). If you join our email list, we collect your email address and any preferences you share.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number never touches or gets stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship your orders, respond to questions, improve our store, and — only if you’ve opted in — send you marketing emails about new products and promotions through our email platform (Klaviyo). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS (delivery), Klaviyo (email, if subscribed), and our website hosting provider. Each processes your data only to provide their service.
