Thanks for shopping with The Sweet Shop! Because we sell food products, all sales are final — we can’t accept returns of candy, snacks, or drinks for health and safety reasons. That said, we stand behind every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items — your choice.

Heat-Sensitive Items

Chocolate and some other treats can soften or melt in transit during warm months. We package heat-sensitive items carefully, but we can’t guarantee against melting once a package is with the carrier. Melting alone doesn’t qualify for a refund, but reach out — we’ll always try to work something out.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, we can no longer cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made at our Lakewood (Colorado Mills) or Aurora (Town Center at Aurora) locations are handled in store — stop by and our team will help you out.
